As long us you are clear with your requirements, they know what will fit your requirements. Univercell sales team are not really up to the mark. The sales person was playing with Nokia 5600 ignoring the customer right in front of him.

Well coming to Nokia E63, it is one of the best buys for this price. Nokia E71 which costs almost Rs.5000 more has a metal body where as Nokia E63 has a plastic body, it comes in red, blue and black. The black one in particular is really impressive. Nokia E63 is ergonomically designed. It is purely a business phone and does everything that you would expect a business phone to do. Nokia E63 is a 3G enabled phone, with QWERTY keypad. It is very convenient to use the QWERTY keypad. The phone looks sturdy and does not sport any fancy features. It has blue tooth, wifi and 3G.
